Description 31013 Industrial Switcher Paint Sample
Category Paint Sample
Remarks

This photo shows a hand lettered version of the 31013 industrial switcher.  This model came from Tim Beerbaum who obtained it though someone who had worked in the Gilbert R&D department.  The photo of the undersides of the production model (left) and sample (right) demonstrates some differences.  The production model has only one geared axle and the gear is plastic.  Also, the counterweight and eccentric are present.  The sample lacks the counterweight and eccentric but both axles are driven and the gears are brass.  (Click here to see production model)
